Sup Y’all

I’m quite a junky for inspirational quotes with advice from other comedians. From famous well-known comedians to aspiring lads like myself, if it worked for you or sounds like it might work for me, I keep it and make pretty pictures with them and read them. I’ve decided to share them with all of you! So here’s the first one!

If you have any you also hold dear or any advice you want to give to me from you, send it on over and I’ll post it.

But I learned that night about the feeling of “what if.” You don’t want to leave the stage going “what if I had actually tried?” If you do your best, then even if it doesn’t go well, you know you at least put forth your best effort. There are so many things you can’t control in this business. But you CAN control your effort and your level of presence in any given situation.
When you DECIDE you want something - like really really make a choice in the deepest part of your soul - you are going to inevitably move towards that somethingstart making little choices like “No, I will not sleep in today, because I need to work on some jokes.”

Try taking a class or looking up some advice online. I haven’t worked as hard as I should up to this point but I’ve got some plans for this year!
Ju can do it.

This is my dream. I’ve decided to step it up and stop procrastinating. SOOOO

I’ve decided to do an open mic this weekend. I’m not sure if it’ll be Saturday or Sunday but I am going to throw myself out there and post the video up for you all to laugh with or at. As long as you’re laughing.

So here’s the video of my performance at the Comedy Cellar’s Student Showcase… a whopping 7 minutes for those of you who have nothing better to do!

But you may like it and if you don’t like the jokes you can laugh at the fact that I

a)froze on stage for a few seconds

b)had my zipper open THE ENTIRE TIME!

Smooth. I know. It was wonderful.
